Masoud Khansari hailed South Africa progress in technological field and noted that the visiting Iranian delegation has explored avenues for boosting cooperation with the knowledge-based enterprises in the country.
There are good grounds for cooperation between Iran and South Africa in exchange for technology as well as production of drug and medical equipment, the official noted.
Commenting on the Iranian delegation's visit to Uganda, he said that the two countries enjoy good capacities for cooperation in agricultural, medical and food industries.
Iran has the capacity to export Iranian-made cars, medicines, medical and agricultural equipment to Niger, Khansari added.
Heading a political and economic delegation, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif was on a five-day African tour which ended on Friday. His three-leg African tour took him first to South Africa and later to Uganda and Niger, respectively.
